Entry

The competition is operated by CatchYour Watch LTD (“Catch Your Watch Ltd” or “we”). Our contactdetails can be found on our website. By entering the competition, participantsagree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms &Conditions”).

• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and residents of England or Wales, to participate.
• Employees of Catch Your Watch Ltd, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact information they provide. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in disqualification.
• We reserve the right to update the Terms & Conditions at any time.

To enter, participants must:

1. Select the number of competition tickets.
2. Answer the skill-based question correctly.
3. Complete the purchase of the tickets, by way of online purchase via the website, or by sending your free postal entry.

All entrants are solely responsible forproviding us with accurate and current contact details.

Entry is confirmed only upon receipt andacknowledgment of payment. We are not responsible for incomplete, delayed, lost,mislaid, damaged, or unreceived entries for any reason, including withoutlimitation, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure,technical malfunction, failure of any system, network, server, website,computer hardware or software failure of any kind. We will not accept proof ofposting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition. Entriesmay be cancelled if any payments are reversed or charged back.

Free Postal Entry

As a free prize draw, Catch Your Watch Ltdoffers an alternative, free method of entry into our prize draws. To submit avalid free postal entry, please follow the instructions below:

You must handwrite the following detailson a postcard or letter:

1. The phrase “Catch Your Watch Free TICKET”
2. Your full name
3. Date of birth
4. Full home address
5. Contact phone number
6. Email addresS

Once complete, please send your postalentry by first or second-class post to Catch Your Watch Ltd at 36 Shirehall Lane, London, NW42PS.

Only one entry is permitted per postalentry (postal entries will receive one entry into the draw per individualenvelope). All entries must be legible and complete to be valid. Incomplete orillegible entries will be disqualified without notification.

Postal entries will typically beprocessed within five (5) business days of receipt, provided the draw has notclosed prior to receipt. Please ensure sufficient time for your entry to bereceived and processed before the applicable/listed closing date.

Entry Limitations

• Only one answer can be selected per order, and this answer will apply to all tickets in that order. Compliance with these Terms & Conditions and any other specific competition requirements is mandatory.
• Closing Date: The competition will close on the date specified on our website or once all available tickets are sold out. All competition entries must be received by us by no later than the listed closing date and all competition entries received after this will be automatically disqualified.
• Transaction Details: Transactions will appear on your statement as “Catch Your Watch”.
• Geographical Restrictions: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that you are resident in England or Wales. Any entries purchased/made from non-English or Welsh residents will be automatically disqualified. We reserve the right to cancel any entries or prizes if we discover that you are not a resident of England or Wales.
• Evidence: By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim the prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
• General limitations: We will not accept competition entries that are:
  • automatically generated by a computer or created by artificial intelligence;
  • completed by third parties;
  • Illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
  • photocopies and not originals; or
  • incomplete.

Skill-Based Competition

Participation in Catch Your Watch Ltd competitions require entrants to answer a skill-based question. Entries that fail to provide the correct answer will not be eligible for the prize draw.

Prizes

• The prize for each competition is specified on our website. No cash alternatives are available.
• Winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries within 14 days of the competition's closing date.
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the point of entry. Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by the winner. If we are unable to contact the winner or deliver the prize despite reasonable attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to award it to another entrant.
• Catch Your Watch Ltd reserves the right to provide the winner with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, if circumstances beyond Catch Your Watch Ltd’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
• Catch Your Watch LTD is committed to offering carefully selected luxury watches. While we strive to choose recent models, there is no limitation on the year of manufacture of the watch. However, we guarantee that each watch is authentic and in excellent condition.
• The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

Winners

• The decision of Catch Your Watch Ltd is final.
• Upon selection as a winner, Catch Your Watch Ltd will request at least proof of identity, age, and ownership of the payment method used to purchase the tickets.
• Proof of identification and card ownership must be provided within five (5) days of notification. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification, and an alternative winner may be selected.
• Winners will need to confirm acceptance of the prize in writing within five (5) days of notification.
• Delivery arrangements must be agreed upon within seven (7) days of prize confirmation. Failure to comply with the timelines may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to conduct their own verification of the prize, and no claims will be accepted after a period of 60 days following receipt of the prize.
• Catch Your Watch Ltd must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Catch Your Watch Ltd will publish the surname and county the prize winner lives in and, if applicable, their winning entry.
• If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Catch Your Watch Ltd within 24 hours of notification of winning. In such circumstances, Catch Your Watch Ltd must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
• Catch Your Watch Ltd does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to accept the prize.

Promotional Activities

• Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including providing photographs or videos, which may be used by Catch Your Watch Ltd in marketing campaigns across various media. Winners consent to this but can withdraw consent in writing before publication.
• By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
  • assign absolutely to us any and all of all your intellectual property rights held in the competition entry with full title guarantee; and
  • waive absolutely any and all moral rights,
• in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. For transparency with other participants, providing a photo for the ‘Winners’ section is mandatory. We will request a photo of the winner with their watch to feature on our website.

Fraud prevention

Catch Your Watch LTD reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraudulent activities, including but not limited to the use of bots, automated scripts, or any attempt to manipulate the draw results. In such cases, no claims will be accepted, and the tickets in question will not be refunded.

Equal Chances of Winning

Free postal entries have the same chances of winning as any paid entry. If a postal entry is selected as a winner, no further purchase or payment will be required to claim your prize.

Important Note

If the steps for free entry are not followed as outlined, your postal entry will be invalid. No notification will be provided for invalid entries.

Liability

• Insofar as is permitted by law, Catch Your Watch Ltd, its agents and  distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, wasted cost or damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• We are not responsible for any losses where there is no breach of legal duty by us, where the loss was not reasonably foreseeable, or where the loss was caused by the entrant's actions.

Entrants are responsible for any foreseeable losses we incur due to their breach of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of our services.

General

• All decisions regarding the competition are final. Winners will be selected using a third-party random number generator, live on Instagram, in the presence of an independent third party, and draw certificates can be provided upon request
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend any competition at any time. In the event of cancellation, all payments will be refunded.
• Consumer "cooling-off" rights do not apply to this competition as it is a contract for leisure activities with a specific date for performance.
• Notices under these Terms & Conditions will be sent by email to the address provided by the entrant.
• As explained above, we reserve the right to update the Terms & Conditions at any time.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
